Establishment of Capital City Service

2003

London is the capital o the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Its population is 8.3 million, the second largest city in Europe and the most prominent of the cities of the European Union.


The Capital City Service Company was founded by a group of entrepreneurs in London in 2003.

That same year, the company concluded its first agreement with Telecom Italia, ITXC Teleglobe (TATA Communications Inc) and other international operators.

Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation and the most populous city in Russia and its subjects, at 12,108, 257 people is the most populous of all the cities in Europe, and in the top ten cities of the world in terms of population.


The Moscow branch of the company was opened with the goal of creating and developing relationships in the markets of Russia and the CIS

Agreements were reached with the leading telecom operators in the Russian market.

GENBAND

In connection with the growth of our traffic volume, and also with the goal of raising the quality of our partners, a new communications node was implemented using Genband with a power of 2K lines.

2011

The volume of the company’s international traffic exceeded 1 billion minutes per year.

To improve the quality of service, we introduced the best of the measures currently in practice of organizing the work of subdivisions or companies involved in providing services in the realm of information technology – ITIL.

2012

In connection with the growth of our traffic volume and the company’s requirements for new facilities, the number of lines in the Genband communication nexus were increased to 8.5K lines, and the number of E1streams were brought to 300.

The volume of the company’s international traffic exceeded 2 million minutes per day.

In order to raise the quality of our partners’ service and the development of production bases, we implemented a new convergent communications node based on Sonus equipment, one of the most technically sound and productive solutions in the current telecommunications services market.

The overall productivity of the company’s equipment was nearly doubled in comparison with the previous year: the number of E1 streams rose to 2700, and the overall traffic performance of the company came to more than 230K simultaneous telephone sessions per second.

The daily flow of traffic increased to 5 million minutes.

Today

The Company is posed to reach a volume of international traffic of 3 billion minutes by the start of 2017.

That means full coverage of the countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America, CIS and Russia with the use of direct connections.
